Protection That Starts With Surface Prep

Coating performance depends on surface preparation as much as on the coating itself. Spector Services handles abrasive blasting, power tool cleaning, and water jetting, then applies epoxy, zinc, polyurethane, and other coating systems, plus fireproofing, in the shop or in the field.

AMPP-certified coating inspectors on staff verify the work, and we install tape wrap, petrolatum, heat shrink, and other wrapping systems on piping. Because Spector also fabricates structural steel and installs piping, coatings can be part of the same scope instead of a separate subcontract.
